Ian Catchpole


Ian completed and undergraduate degree in Sport & Exercise Science from the University of Portsmouth (2000) before graduation from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2003 with a Masters in Rehabilitation Science (Physiotherapy)

Since then he has completed his manual and manipulative therapy with a post-graduate diploma in Orthopaedic Medicine (UK). Ian has continued to develop his post-graduate skills by completing dry needling techniques in Acupuncture and is a certified Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) practitioner.

Before moving to Canada, Ian was a sports physiotherapist for an English Premier League soccer team and was part of the FA cup winning team of 2008. During this time he gained valuable experience working with academy soccer players before working with professional athletes at both the reserve and first team level.

As a certified NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, Ian continues to work with clients who present with a variety of musculoskeletal dysfunctions, helping them to return back to work, sport and functional activity.
